• The time of entry to Casa D'Amelia will be from 4:00 p.m., unless the landlord and tenant have previously agreed on another time.

• The departure time from Casa D'Amelia will be before 12:00, unless the landlord and tenant have previously agreed on another time.

• The deposit will be returned after checking the status of Casa D'Amelia. The tenant must, therefore, notify the landlord before leaving so that he can start the appropriate checks and wait for them to be carried out before claiming the deposit.

The delay can range from 10 minutes to half an hour. Calculate the time well if you are in a hurry at the time of departure.

• The rental price of Casa D'Amelia corresponds to a maximum of 6 people, whether they are adults or children from 1 year of age.

The beds and rooms available are for said number, leaving those that are not used closed, according to the number of tenants contracted.

The concealment of extra people staying at Casa D'Amelia will result in the complete loss of the deposit.

• Casa D'Amelia does not charge an extra charge for cleaning and disinfection, as long as it is in the same state on departure as it was on arrival.

The cleaning charge in normal conditions amounts to €50. If the apartment is in a state of significant dirt, the cost can reach €100.

• In the event of an incident, the lessee must notify the lessor as soon as possible, so that the latter can anticipate whether or not it is necessary to deduct it from the deposit, and if so, the exact amount.

Otherwise, and if after checking the status of Casa D'Amelia any damage that has not been previously notified is discovered, the deposit will be retained in full until the cost of the repair or replacement is determined.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Casa D'Amelia. The only space enabled for this purpose is the terrace.

If the lessor detects that there has been smoking inside, he is authorized to consider it as a damage, assuming the lessee the loss of the full deposit due to the cost of deodorization.

• The loss of keys by the lessee entails the payment of €100 for the cost of their replacement.
